Margaret Njeri is the Customer Care Officer at Kencream Sacco Society Limited, having joined the Sacco in May 2026. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Office Administration from Inoorero University.

Margaret is a seasoned customer care professional with over ten years of experience gained across various organizations and industries. Her extensive expertise in customer relations and service excellence has enabled her to build strong customer-focused solutions and enhance service delivery.

Before joining Kencream Sacco Society Limited, she served as a Customer Service Executive at Fariji Sacco Limited and at Panacea Medical & Wellness Centre. Earlier in her career, she held several junior positions in reputable organizations, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service, administration, and organizational operations.
